We're Here to Help You!

At Ohana Military Communities (OMC), it is our goal to “improve the quality of life” of our military families. While we strive to provide exceptional service to our communities every day, we realize that we may on occasion, fail to live up to yours and our own expectations. On these fairly rare instances, we encourage you to bring them to our attention so that we may resolve them to your satisfaction and deliver efficient, prompt, and caring property management and maintenance services to you.

To help us better address your concerns, we have developed a Resident Issue Resolution Process-- a step-by-step guide that allows us to work together to fully understand and correct any issues that may arise in your housing experience with us. Whenever you have a concern, we strongly encourage you to take guidance in these steps to bring it to our attention.
