Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Director in maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, change of occupancy maintenance (COM), property appearance and all other maintenance related items required for a multi-family housing community. Qualified individuals must be able to follow instructions, perform physical work, work outdoors and under all weather conditions, as well as lift weights of up to 50 pounds (regularly) and above 50 pounds (occasionally). This position requires a valid driver’s license and insurance.


Warehouse Technician

Warehouse technician performs general warehouse functions including receiving deliveries, meeting delivery deadlines, maintaining inventory and processing purchase orders.


Resident Services Specialist

The Resident Services Specialist provides assistance and coordinates all requests from the residents with the property management team. This position is responsible for improving the overall appearance of the community, assisting in daily leasing functions, and providing exceptional customer service to all residents. Day-to-day operations include resident assistance, office management, maintaining resident files, spearheading resident retention programs, monitoring and responding to questions or queries (in person and/or on social media), receiving and following up with service requests, meeting with resident groups, and assisting the Community Director and Assistant Community Director in complying with all Hunt Military Communities policies and Government compliance requirements.



The Porter is responsible for assisting in all phases of grounds and property maintenance and must be able to follow instructions and be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work. Qualified applicants will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings; and assist in the cleaning of available units Maintains fences and gates and in the preparation of market ready units (including refuse removal from vacant homes prior). They should also be able to assist the Maintenance Director and Community Director with assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.


Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist's responsibility is to meet specific sales and leasing goals by managing the waitlist, handling applications, and leasing homes in a very customer-focused and service-driven team. Qualified candidates must possess good organizational, communication, sales, and mathematical skills. Expected responsibilities include completing daily leasing functions, such as attracting and leasing homes to prospective clients, qualifying applicants, executing leases, maintaining resident files, taking care of the overall look and curb appeal of the community, and providing exceptional resident relations. A Leasing Specialist should also be able to present, maintain and uphold a good and professional impression to clients and be well-mannered at all times while being assertive and comfortable in a sales environment with the ability to close a sale. General responsibilities will involve providing assistance to the Community Director and Assistant Community Director in ensuring compliance with all Hunt Military Communities policies and Government compliance requirements.


Accounting Specialist

Maintains the accounting systems in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles. Completes bank deposit batches and other transactions in a timely basis to meet all deadlines. Monitors weekly check runs and follows up on any past due balances. Manages all accounting related tasks and provides accounting support for property management administration. Maintains knowledge of regulatory and company policies and procedures related to accounting systems
